5. Selections- Modify-Contract  40 Px.

6. Open :  AG_ondulation.

7. Edit- Copy

8. Activate your work

9. Edit - Paste into Selection  

10. Layers- New Raster Layer.

11. Effects- 3 D-Effects- Cutout with these settings

0, 0, 50, 100 Color Black.

12. Selections -Invert

13. Layers- New Raster Layer.

14. Open the Tube :  grote kader.

15. Edit-Copy.

16. Activate your work.

17. Edit - Paste into Selection  

18. Selections- Deselect All

19. Activate the bottom of the layer palette
